Shipping Information

Shipping Policy

  • FEDEX is our primary shipping provider, offering standard GROUND delivery options only. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
  • Shipping is available throughout the contiguous United States (does not include Alaska & Hawaii). 
  •  Shipping is NOT available internationally (including Canada & Mexico)
  • Free same day shipping on orders of $50 or more. $50 minimum order requirement applies to the order total after coupons have been applied and prior to taxes and shipping are applied.
  • Same day shipping applies to orders processed by noon ET, Mon - Fri (excluding US holidays)
  • Domestic items ship within 24 hrs of payment (excludes weekends)
  • Taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

    Shipping to PO Boxes

    • We DO NOT currently ship to PO Boxes
    • Orders with a PO Box as the delivery address, the order will automatically be cancelled

      Tracking Information

      • To view shipment tracking information, please log into your Calcutta Outdoors account 
      • Visit: MY ACCOUNT > MY ORDERS
      • Choose order, click on tracking number that will link directly to the Fed Ex tracking portal.

      Delivery Mishaps​

      • When Shipping Provider states order has been delivered and provides confirmation, we will only be able to re-send the product(s) ordered.
      • Refunds will not be processed for any packages where the shipping provider can provide confirmation/proof of delivery.

      Damage Caused by Shipment​

      • While we try to ensure that your product comes in mint condition, damages do happen from time to time. If you receive a damaged item(s), please take the following steps:
      • Contact us via email (info@calcuttaoutdoors.com) within 24 hours of delivery to claim it as damaged and include the following information for eligibility of a replacement
        • Order Number
        • Product Information
        • Description of Damage
        • Pictures of Damage
        • Retain all original packaging and materials, which includes: shipment box, packing materials, product manual and tags​.
        • Depending on the nature of the damages, a shipping label will be emailed to return the product, or the shipping provider may deem a pick-up inspection is necessary. If a pick-up inspection is required, instructions will be provided.​
